1. Use of this website
The content on this website is general information about our bookkeeping and accounting support services. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.
2. Our services
We provide bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly financial reporting, cash flow visibility, and catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping for small businesses. We do not provide tax preparation, tax planning, audit, attest, or CPA services unless explicitly agreed in writing. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any client are set out in a written engagement letter, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are starting points. Final pricing depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, business complexity, and the services required, and is confirmed in your written engagement. Services are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
4. Term and cancellation
Our services are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work performed up to the end of the notice period remain payable.
5. Client responsibilities
To allow us to work accurately, clients agree to provide complete and accurate records, appropriate access to relevant accounts and systems, and timely responses to our questions. We rely on the information you provide and are not responsible for errors that result from incomplete or inaccurate information. Clients remain responsible for their own business, tax, and financial decisions.
6. Bill payment
Where we support bill payment, we act only under the approval controls agreed with you in writing. We never ask for your bank login passwords.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver our services, except where disclosure is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits.
9. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Dynasekt Accounting and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
