When you submit our contact or consultation form, we collect the details you provide: first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business type, accounting software, approximate monthly revenue, the services you are interested in, the state of your books, and any message you include.

If you become a client, we also receive the financial records and system access needed to deliver our services, as set out in your written engagement.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, bank or online banking passwords.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and schedule your consultation, provide and manage our services, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

3. How your information is handled

Client records are accessed through the client's own systems (for example, accountant access in QuickBooks Online) and through business tools we use to deliver our services. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work.

5. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for the length of the engagement plus any period required by law or for legitimate record-keeping.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@dynasekt.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, U.S. state privacy laws or South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act). We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
